7. Accounts

When you have registered with Clanns Online you may need to revisit the information that you have provided to us. This is typically your email address and password

In order to see this information you need to be signed in to your Clanns Online account.

Once you have logged in, change to the secondary menu by clicking the drop down to the mid-right of the menu area

Select the ‘Account Summary’ menu item to activate it

If you do not remember you account password you can request a password reset via the login screen. Simply go to that screen and remove any existing password that is in the password input field. This should then show a ‘Request Password Reset’ option that you can click on. It will then ask you to confirm your email address and when you do the system will send that email address a link that you can use to reset your password
